سُورَةُ الصَّافَّاتِ

182 Ayahs

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

أَفَبِعَذَابِنَا يَسْتَعْجِلُونَ (176)

Do they ˹really˺ wish to hasten Our punishment?

فَإِذَا نَزَلَ بِسَاحَتِهِمْ فَسَآءَ صَبَاحُ ٱلْمُنذَرِينَ (177)

Yet when it descends upon them:¹ how evil will that morning be for those who had been warned!

وَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ حَتَّىٰ حِينٍ (178)

And turn away from them for a while.

وَأَبْصِرْ فَسَوْفَ يُبْصِرُونَ (179)

You will see, and they too will see!

سُبْحَـٰنَ رَبِّكَ رَبِّ ٱلْعِزَّةِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ (180)

Glorified is your Lord—the Lord of Honour and Power—above what they claim!

وَسَلَـٰمٌ عَلَى ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ (181)

Peace be upon the messengers.

وَٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ (182)

And praise be to Allah—Lord of all worlds.
