سُورَةُ صٓ

88 Ayahs

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

وَإِنَّ عَلَيْكَ لَعْنَتِىٓ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِ (78)

And surely upon you is My condemnation until the Day of Judgment.”

قَالَ رَبِّ فَأَنظِرْنِىٓ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ يُبْعَثُونَ (79)

Satan appealed, “My Lord! Then delay my end until the Day of their resurrection.”

قَالَ فَإِنَّكَ مِنَ ٱلْمُنظَرِينَ (80)

Allah said, “You will be delayed

إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ ٱلْوَقْتِ ٱلْمَعْلُومِ (81)

until the appointed Day.”

قَالَ فَبِعِزَّتِكَ لَأُغْوِيَنَّهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ (82)

Satan said, “By Your Glory! I will certainly mislead them all,

إِلَّا عِبَادَكَ مِنْهُمُ ٱلْمُخْلَصِينَ (83)

except Your chosen servants among them.”

قَالَ فَٱلْحَقُّ وَٱلْحَقَّ أَقُولُ (84)

Allah concluded, “The truth is—and I ˹only˺ say the truth—:
