60 Ayahs

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

إِنَّكُمْ لَفِى قَوْلٍ مُّخْتَلِفٍ (8)

Surely you are ˹lost˺ in conflicting views ˹regarding the truth˺.1


يُؤْفَكُ عَنْهُ مَنْ أُفِكَ (9)

Only those ˹destined to be˺ deluded are turned away from it.1


قُتِلَ ٱلْخَرَّٰصُونَ (10)

Condemned are the liars—


ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ فِى غَمْرَةٍ سَاهُونَ (11)

those who are ˹steeped˺ in ignorance, totally heedless.


يَسْـَٔلُونَ أَيَّانَ يَوْمُ ٱلدِّينِ (12)

They ask ˹mockingly˺, “When is this Day of Judgment?”


يَوْمَ هُمْ عَلَى ٱلنَّارِ يُفْتَنُونَ (13)

˹It is˺ the Day they will be tormented over the Fire.


ذُوقُوا۟ فِتْنَتَكُمْ هَـٰذَا ٱلَّذِى كُنتُم بِهِۦ تَسْتَعْجِلُونَ (14)

˹They will be told,˺ “Taste your torment! This is what you sought to hasten.”
