سُورَةُ القِيَامَةِ

40 Ayahs

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

أَيَحْسَبُ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنُ أَن يُتْرَكَ سُدًى (36)

Do people think they will be left without purpose?

أَلَمْ يَكُ نُطْفَةً مِّن مَّنِىٍّ يُمْنَىٰ (37)

Were they not ˹once˺ a sperm-drop emitted?

ثُمَّ كَانَ عَلَقَةً فَخَلَقَ فَسَوَّىٰ (38)

Then they became a clinging clot,¹ then He developed and perfected their form,

فَجَعَلَ مِنْهُ ٱلزَّوْجَيْنِ ٱلذَّكَرَ وَٱلْأُنثَىٰٓ (39)

producing from it both sexes, male and female.

أَلَيْسَ ذَٰلِكَ بِقَـٰدِرٍ عَلَىٰٓ أَن يُحْـِۧىَ ٱلْمَوْتَىٰ (40)

Is such ˹a Creator˺ unable to bring the dead back to life?
