40
Ayahs
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
لِّلطَّـٰغِينَ مَـَٔابًا (22)
as a home for the transgressors,

لَّـٰبِثِينَ فِيهَآ أَحْقَابًا (23)
where they will remain for ˹endless˺ ages.

لَّا يَذُوقُونَ فِيهَا بَرْدًا وَلَا شَرَابًا (24)
There they will not taste any coolness or drink,

إِلَّا حَمِيمًا وَغَسَّاقًا (25)
except boiling water and ˹oozing˺ pus—

جَزَآءً وِفَاقًا (26)
a fitting reward.

إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ لَا يَرْجُونَ حِسَابًا (27)
For they never expected any reckoning,

وَكَذَّبُوا۟ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَا كِذَّابًا (28)
and totally rejected Our signs.
