سُورَةُ النَّازِعَاتِ

46 Ayahs

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

وَأَغْطَشَ لَيْلَهَا وَأَخْرَجَ ضُحَىٰهَا (29)

He dimmed its night, and brought forth its daylight.


وَٱلْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ دَحَىٰهَآ (30)

As for the earth, He spread it out as well,1


أَخْرَجَ مِنْهَا مَآءَهَا وَمَرْعَىٰهَا (31)

bringing forth its water and pastures


وَٱلْجِبَالَ أَرْسَىٰهَا (32)

and setting the mountains firmly ˹upon it˺—


مَتَـٰعًا لَّكُمْ وَلِأَنْعَـٰمِكُمْ (33)

all as ˹a means of˺ sustenance for you and your animals.


فَإِذَا جَآءَتِ ٱلطَّآمَّةُ ٱلْكُبْرَىٰ (34)

But, when the Supreme Disaster1 comes to pass—


يَوْمَ يَتَذَكَّرُ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنُ مَا سَعَىٰ (35)

the Day every person will remember all ˹their˺ striving,
