سُورَةُ عَبَسَ

42 Ayahs

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

ثُمَّ إِذَا شَآءَ أَنشَرَهُۥ (22)

Then when He wills, He will resurrect them.


كَلَّا لَمَّا يَقْضِ مَآ أَمَرَهُۥ (23)

But no! They have failed to comply with what He ordered.


فَلْيَنظُرِ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنُ إِلَىٰ طَعَامِهِۦٓ (24)

Let people then consider their food:


أَنَّا صَبَبْنَا ٱلْمَآءَ صَبًّا (25)

how We pour down rain in abundance


ثُمَّ شَقَقْنَا ٱلْأَرْضَ شَقًّا (26)

and meticulously split the earth open ˹for sprouts˺,


فَأَنۢبَتْنَا فِيهَا حَبًّا (27)

causing grain to grow in it,


وَعِنَبًا وَقَضْبًا (28)

as well as grapes and greens,
