سُورَةُ المُطَفِّفِينِ

36 Ayahs

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

إِنَّ ٱلْأَبْرَارَ لَفِى نَعِيمٍ (22)

Surely the virtuous will be in bliss,

عَلَى ٱلْأَرَآئِكِ يَنظُرُونَ (23)

˹seated˺ on ˹canopied˺ couches, gazing around.

تَعْرِفُ فِى وُجُوهِهِمْ نَضْرَةَ ٱلنَّعِيمِ (24)

You will recognize on their faces the glow of delight.

يُسْقَوْنَ مِن رَّحِيقٍ مَّخْتُومٍ (25)

They will be given a drink of sealed, pure wine,

خِتَـٰمُهُۥ مِسْكٌ ۚ وَفِى ذَٰلِكَ فَلْيَتَنَافَسِ ٱلْمُتَنَـٰفِسُونَ (26)

whose last sip will smell like musk. So let whoever aspires to this strive ˹diligently˺.

وَمِزَاجُهُۥ مِن تَسْنِيمٍ (27)

And this drink’s flavour will come from Tasnîm—

عَيْنًا يَشْرَبُ بِهَا ٱلْمُقَرَّبُونَ (28)

a spring from which those nearest ˹to Allah˺ will drink.
