سُورَةُ الانشِقَاقِ

25 Ayahs

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

إِذَا ٱلسَّمَآءُ ٱنشَقَّتْ (1)

When the sky bursts open,

وَأَذِنَتْ لِرَبِّهَا وَحُقَّتْ (2)

obeying its Lord as it must,

وَإِذَا ٱلْأَرْضُ مُدَّتْ (3)

and when the earth is flattened out,

وَأَلْقَتْ مَا فِيهَا وَتَخَلَّتْ (4)

and ejects ˹all˺ its contents¹ and becomes empty,

وَأَذِنَتْ لِرَبِّهَا وَحُقَّتْ (5)

obeying its Lord as it must, ˹surely you will all be judged˺.

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلْإِنسَـٰنُ إِنَّكَ كَادِحٌ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ كَدْحًا فَمُلَـٰقِيهِ (6)

O humanity! Indeed, you are labouring restlessly towards your Lord, and will ˹eventually˺ meet the consequences.

فَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِىَ كِتَـٰبَهُۥ بِيَمِينِهِۦ (7)

As for those who are given their record in their right hand,
