سُورَةُ البُرُوجِ

22 Ayahs

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

ذُو ٱلْعَرْشِ ٱلْمَجِيدُ (15)

Lord of the Throne, the All-Glorious,

فَعَّالٌ لِّمَا يُرِيدُ (16)

Doer of whatever He wills.

هَلْ أَتَىٰكَ حَدِيثُ ٱلْجُنُودِ (17)

Has the story of the ˹destroyed˺ forces reached you ˹O Prophet˺—

فِرْعَوْنَ وَثَمُودَ (18)

˹the forces of˺ Pharaoh and Thamûd?

بَلِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ فِى تَكْذِيبٍ (19)

Yet the disbelievers ˹still˺ persist in denial.

وَٱللَّهُ مِن وَرَآئِهِم مُّحِيطٌۢ (20)

But Allah encompasses them from all sides.

بَلْ هُوَ قُرْءَانٌ مَّجِيدٌ (21)

In fact, this is a glorious Quran,
