سُورَةُ القَدْرِ

5 Ayahs

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

إِنَّآ أَنزَلْنَـٰهُ فِى لَيْلَةِ ٱلْقَدْرِ (1)

Indeed, ˹it is˺ We ˹Who˺ sent this ˹Quran˺ down on the Night of Glory.¹

وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ ٱلْقَدْرِ (2)

And what will make you realize what the Night of Glory is?

لَيْلَةُ ٱلْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ (3)

The Night of Glory is better than a thousand months.

تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍ (4)

That night the angels and the ˹holy˺ spirit¹ descend, by the permission of their Lord, for every ˹decreed˺ matter.

سَلَـٰمٌ هِىَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ ٱلْفَجْرِ (5)

It is all peace until the break of dawn.
